When you buy goods from a business, you have a number of legal rights as a consumer. It is our responsibility to supply you with goods that meet your consumer rights. However, in addition to your legal rights, our company policy allows you to cancel your order and return your enduRings to us if you simply change your mind. To cancel your order you must inform us of your wish to do so within 14 days of receipt of your enduRings product, providing proof of purchase. You must then return the unused product to us, sealed in its original packaging and in saleable condition, within 14 days of your cancellation. Within 14 days of receiving your returned product, we will provide you with a refund including the original basic cost of delivery. Please note that we do not pay for any postage or delivery charges incurred in returning goods to us.
Returns & Refunds
As a small family run private limited company, we use ‘Fulfilment by Amazon’ (FBA) to facilitate and process the retail sale of individual rings. Hence, FBA terms and conditions apply. Full details of Amazon.co.uk’s ‘Returns & Refunds’ policy can be found on their website. In line with that policy, we have a 30-day return policy. If you are dissatisfied with your ring in any way and return it and its original packaging to us within 30 days of taking delivery of your order, we will give you a full monetary refund for the price your purchase. If you received an incorrect item, damaged item, or a defective item we'll refund your return postage costs, up to our standard delivery cost option.
Payment and Delivery
Payments for enduRings are processed by Amazon.co.uk. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours. Customers can check postage costs and choose their preferred delivery option via the Amazon.co.uk buyer site. If we are temporarily out of stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. If that delivery time is unsuitable for you we will then offer you a full refund on your purchase.
On request, wholesale orders, will be handled on a case by case basis. However, generally, the following terms and conditions will apply. Greyburn Ltd will endeavour to deliver wholesale orders within 30 days of final artwork approval by its client. Delivery will take place via courier service. As a minimum, a 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to initiate final production. Payment will be accepted by bank transfer only. Clients must repay any outstanding balance within 20 days’ of order receipt.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
